A deterministic NRM2 shorthand expander suggests professional descriptions today, offline, with Apply or Edit-first; you always stay the author. The governed model call site is deployed with server-owned consent, bounded inputs, evidence, confidence, Apply and edit controls, and persistent provenance. It remains locked until a workspace admin records the current acknowledgement.
PDF Takeoff Tools
Open an uploaded PDF drawing, calibrate a page scale from a known dimension, then take off lengths, areas and counts on screen and send a measured quantity straight onto a bill line item, live-linked to the drawing and page. Editor-gated; the reference is carried into the export.
Professional Exports
