Start free for 14 days, no credit card required: you get the core commercial record (NRM2 BoQ and change control) to try. Upgrade any time to unlock Solo, Practice and above; after the trial you continue on a limited free plan or a plan you choose.
Billing is not charged during invite-only early access. From general availability, all paid plans are cancel-any-time, with a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features with prorated billing. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Yes! Annual billing saves you 2 months (approximately 17% off). For example, Solo is £290/year instead of £348, Practice is £790/year instead of £948, and Firm is £1,990/year instead of £2,388.
Your data is always safe. If you downgrade and exceed the new plan's limits, you can still view and export existing projects but cannot create new ones until you're within limits. We never delete your work.
Cost indices are available from the Practice tier up: rebase old cost plans over published index series today. A direct licensed BCIS price-data feed with quarterly updates is on the roadmap and needs your own BCIS subscription.
AI features (description suggestions, rate matching, document analysis) are in development and not yet live. When they ship, each tier will include a monthly AI-credit allocation. Nothing AI-related is billable or active today; the tiers below reflect the planned model.
The product is built to UK GDPR requirements. Several commercial workflows remain local-first in your browser. Structured hosted records use London Postgres and cloud file objects use R2 in Western Europe. Analytics are off until you consent, and you can export or delete your data. See the Security page and policy hub for the current posture.
From general availability we will accept major credit and debit cards and Direct Debit for annual plans, with invoice and NET 30 terms for Enterprise. Nothing is billed during invite-only early access.
