Sharing a workstation no longer means sharing your work
- Your projects, bills, rates, documents and drafts are stored in this browser. Until now they were stored in one place for the whole browser, so on a shared machine the next person to sign in saw whatever the last person had been working on.
- The device now keeps one set per account. Signing in as someone else puts the previous person’s work aside under their own name and brings back yours if you have used this machine before.
- Nothing is deleted at any point. Your colleague’s work is kept and comes back the moment they sign in again, and so does yours.
- Signing out still leaves your work on the device, which is unchanged: it is your machine and your draft until someone else signs in.
